5. Events & Payments
Minutes 2 Match hosts speed dating events and provides matchmaking services. By purchasing tickets or unlocking matches, you agree to the following:
- All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
- Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us
- Match unlock fees are non-refundable once a profile is revealed
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
- Prices are subject to change without notice
6. Safety & Community Guidelines
Your safety is our priority. We encourage users to meet in public places, inform friends or family of their plans, and trust their instincts. Minutes 2 Match is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Minutes 2 Match and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Minutes 2 Match provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
